This is the YUI Carousel with completely custom navigation and skin – the YUI CSS is not used. In addition, the JavaScript used to create the Carousel is based on class names rather than ID’s and so multiple carousel instances can co-exist on the same page as shown below.

Welcome to my first JavaScript related post! I’m currently in the process of both learning *proper* JavaScript and trying to get to grips with the YUI framework. If you have suggestions for how to improve the following code I’d love to hear them.

2009 Review and Aims Part II
Revisiting my Mid Year resolutions
On the first of June I published a summary of my aims for the rest of the year. The plan was that these were 6 month goals, but that I had a cheeky extra month to start working towards them, test them out and see how realistic they were. So now that I’ve had my extra month it’s time to review these goals, and adjust them to make sure they are both realistic and challenging.
